Transmission: The virus primarily spreads through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. It can also spread by touching surfaces contaminated with the virus and then touching the face.

Prevention: Preventive measures include wearing masks, practicing physical distancing, regular handwashing, and vaccination. Vaccines have been developed and authorized for emergency use in many countries to help control the spread of the virus.

Treatment: There is no specific antiviral treatment for COVID-19. Supportive care, including oxygen therapy and ventilation for severe cases, is provided to manage symptoms.

Lockdowns and Restrictions: Many countries implemented lockdowns, travel restrictions, and social distancing measures to slow the spread of the virus.

Johnson & Johnson's Janssen: is a pharmaceutical subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, one of the world's largest and most well-known healthcare companies. The vaccine received emergency use authorization in India in January 2021
